Recent protests have led analysts to characterize Jordan as weak and going through destabilization but the Kingdom has pretty much schooled the entire Middle East on protests, civic engagement, and how government can and should respond. Jordan and its people have rightfully earned a tremendous amount of respect on how to deal with protests.
